Mumbai, Dec 13 (IANS): Shah Rukh Khan has thanked his "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" co-star and friend Kajol, wishing that her life and family remain happy always.
"Respect for my friend co-actor and absolutely real Kajol. May her life and family be as happy as she is always. DDLJ is all Simran and I thank her," SRK tweeted Friday night after the celebrations of 1,000 weeks of DDLJ.
The duo starred as die-hard lovers in the Aditya Chopra directorial, which had released in 1995 and is still running at a theatre.
The actors came together in Mumbai Friday at Yash Raj Films (YRF) Studios to celebrate the longest running film in the history of Indian cinema.
Kajol and SRK's on screen pairing has been a hit, and their chemistry in films like "Baazigar", "Karan Arjun", "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai", "Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham" and "My Name Is Khan" has been widely lauded.
