Mangaluru, Dec 17: In a meeting held at the Bishops House, Bishop of Mangalore, Dr Aloysius Paul D' Souza blessed the invitations for the
programmes to declare blessed Joseph Vaz of Miracle Hill in Mudipu as a saint.
Blessed Joseph Vaz, who had lived in Karavali coastal region will be declared a saint in the programme on January 14, 15 and 16.
Elias Fernandes, director of Four Winds advertising was the chief guest in the meeting.
Mudipu pilgrimage center director Fr Gregory D' Souza, Panir Church parish priest Fr Vincent D' Souza, Roshan D' Souza, vicepresident of the center, Michael D' Souza and Felix D' Souza (former ice presidents) and Stanley Bantwal, publicity convener were present.
