Mumbai, Dec 18: Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover seem to have taken the audiences by storm with merely the trailer of their upcoming erotic -horror flick titled 'Alone'. The name of the movie could also be used to describe their present relationship status as both quiet recently announced their separation from their former partners.

Karan was married to television actress Jennifer Winget and Bipasha Basu was enroute to the altar with actor Harman Baweja. Whatever their reasons for choosing a different path may be, their choice in making this movie seems to have been absolutely correct if the rave reviews coming their way are anything to go by.

The trailer opens with both of them arriving as a couple to an ancestral property which is shown to be where Bipasha's Siamese twin is said to have been left behind. A tarot card reader, announces that Bipasha will soon be united with a loved one that she has lost. Karan insists on an outhouse being opened for residence which is protested saying that the ghost of Anjana (Bipasha's twin) resides therein.

Unmindful of the cackle of the older folk, the couple enter the house and trigger a chain of events that indeed prove to be the doing of a paranormal being. Bipasha is attacked time and again by a vengeful spirit that looks exactly like her. If and how they manage to deal with the mysterious happenings and their connection to Bipasha remains to be seen.

For now the clip seems to have many an eager audience biting their nails. Bipasha for one seems to have out done herself and secured a much needed break from the relatively not so successful films that she has had of late.

Karan Singh Grover seems promising while the story and screenplay attracts a watcher to mark the date of release in their calendar for the movie.
