Mangaluru: Foundation laid for Sai Matha Garden at Suratkal

Mangaluru, Dec 25: The foundation stone ceremony for Sai Matha Garden, a project by Matha Developers Pvt Ltd, was held at Suratkal here on Thursday December 25.

Addressing the gathering after launching the project, district incharge minister B Ramanath Rai said, "We should always honour the works of good people. Society will be good when it is filled with good people.

"Matha Developers Private Limited will be providing 100 toilet facilities in 8 constituencies. Good work like this should always be appreciated and honoured," he said.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, who laid the foundation stone for the project, said, "Sai Matha is doing very good work for the society. Santosh Kumar Shetty has built houses for the middle class families."

MLA Mohiuddin Bava, Santhosh Kumar Shetty, Anantha Padmanabha Asranna, Reeta S Shetty, Appu Poojary, Manohar Shetty, Gunashekar Shetty, Mahabal Shetty, Ullas Shetty and others were present on this occasion.


About the project

Sai Matha Garden, located near the railway station at Suratkal, will consist of six apartments namely Matha Emerald, Matha Opal, Matha Ruby, Matha Diamond, Matha Pearl and Matha Crystal.

The flats will start from a price of Rs 16.50 lac. The amenities include supermarket, library, yoga/meditation hall, fully-equipped gynasium, swimming pool and play area for children, landscaped garden, outdoor badminton court, solar lighting for yard and street, rain water harvesting, sewage treatment plant, 24-hour backup power supply, covered sheet roofing for terrace and so on.
