Congress leaders complain to high command against CM

New Delhi, Dec 26 (DHNS): Denotification of land in Bengaluru’s Arkavathi Layout is likely to snowball into a major issue with some Congress leaders complaining to the high command against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

Party sources said that these leaders have complained that some of the beneficiaries in the denotifications are close to the chief minister. The leaders also cautioned the party against possible embarrassment if the matter is taken to court as planned by BJP. They also warned that the saffron party may seek the Governor’s sanction to prosecute Siddaramaiah over the issue.

Some Congress leaders who have been aspiring for the post of chief minister have been camping in the national capital for the past several days and have handed over all documents about the controversy to the party’s top brass, sources told Deccan Herald.

These leaders said that Governor Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala may put the State government in the dock like the then Governor H R Bhardwaj did to former BJP chief minister B S Yeddyurappa. Bhardwaj had, in 2011, accorded sanction to prosecute Yeddyurappa over allegations of denotification of land acquired by the government, apart from other charges, following a plea by two advocates.

The BJP State core committee meeting held here on Monday and attended by the party’s general secretary and State incharge M Muralidar Rao had decided to go to court to take the matter to its “logical” end. The State BJP leaders, who have been discussing with national leaders on the next move, are tightlipped about approaching the Governor.

The acquisition of land for the Arkavathi Layout of the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has been in the eye of a storm ever since the project was promoted in 2003 by the S M Krishna government.

The Siddaramaiah government, on the basis of a recommendation of the board of the BDA, had approved a remodified scheme for the Arkavathi Layout. It thus denotified 541 acres acquired for the formation of the layout.

Though the chief minister has been maintaining that he had denotified as per the court direction, Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Jagadish Shettar has alleged that the chief minister violated six guidelines issued by the High Court of Karnataka in the process.

Very tough competition between Congress and BJP to prove who is big chor. Karnataka is being ruled by chors all these years. People of Karnataka need to show door to all these chor politicians irrespective of party. Our wise commentators on daiji are praising either congress chors or BJP chors as they are used to be ruled by these chors. Sick mentality.

We very well know how this government is hell bent in defaming some religious centres & its pontiff. Efforts after Efforts where made to fix, based on some false allegation made by some wested interested people. Also, using its sub organisation in full swing to damage, but all the efforts went in vain. When nothing was found on enquiry, all sorts of tactics where made to damage their personal religious traditions, & even then the results where moreorless zero. Now, delay in submission of authentic reports draging weeks after weeks with excuses. Added to this is the effort to introduce new Bill & later its withdrawal. Many Matha's in State are engaged in social service, education, medical services, etc.....& Tuglaq administration may damage all such healthy atmosphere.

In such a case, enemies may come not from outside, but also within party. Where malified interests are prior critiria, how long will one get support ?

They arrested innocent AYYAPPA VRUTHADARIS in Gangolli/Byndoor just to please their minority community. This curse will also effect Home Minister and Chief Minister.

If those people were really responsible for burning the mosque buildings, they should have been punished and not let off next day. It clearly shows congress is detrimental for Hindus for the sake of minority vote bank. The Gangolli incident is enough to understand the congress's anti hindu attitudes.

BJP should mobilize and unite all hindus to build our lost glory of HINDUSTAN. We are not against other religious people living in our country, but we want our RELIGION, CULTURE, ESSENCE prevail. We are the only country in the world, except Nepal, with Hindu majority. They way we have christian, muslim countries, we want India to be HINDU country.

Siddu WILL GO, the writing is clear.. Parameshi-DKSHi-Mallikeshi WILL GO MAKE HIM GO!!!

but more than him going, I want the corruption of Siddu to be highlighted by feloow congressmen!!!...

    Rajesh,

We have seen him from long. He will play defensive today and will not comment.

If High Command removes Siddu and makes Pammi or DKshi CM, he will come out and say "Very good decision and timely decision. Only Pammi/DKshi can take our party forward. Siddu has been sluggish"

If High Command retains Siddu he will say "Siddu has been delivering, no need of removing him. He is one of the best CM Karnataka ever had. Arkavathy Denotification is done legally and there was some confusion among congress leaders. High command clarified this"

BALL IS IN HIGH COMMAND's COURT NOW.

Shantaveera Swamiji has cursed this Govt on Wednesday saying " ........ee sarkaara suttu bhasmavagalide.....". Followed by Nidumamidi Swamiji...

(after this curse, CM immediately made a statement to withdraw endowment bill in Koppal and Parameshwara wrote a complaint to sonia against Law Minister TB Jayachandra)

Hindu Matts/Swamijis own more than 60 percent of educational institutions in the state. The revenues earned by Matts are utilized on education, orphanage, food for poor, health service etc. I also studied in one of the top 4 Engg colleges of Karnataka, which is owned by a Swamiji. My college is responsible for what I am today. My college existed since 1964.

If Govt loots revenue generated by the Mutt and pour that money on some people's marriage, how can Mutts build educational institutions?

Additionally we all have been putting HIDI SHAAPA for this CM and Govt for their efforts to kill Hindusim in the Karnataka.

Our curse will touch him and very soon this CM will lose his chair.
