Mangaluru: Karavali Utsav extended till Feb 8

Mangaluru, Jan 01: The exhibition stalls as part of the Karavali Utsav will continue till February 8, 2015. This was anounced in a press meet held at Karavali Utsav grounds at 12.30 pm in the city.

Adrressing the press meet, B Ashok Kumar organizer of the Karavali Utsav said, “Nine days of Karavali Utsav have been complete and it will continue till February 8. Apart from the 90 exhibition stalls, this year various government departments like education, health, social welfare, backward class, ITDP, agriculture, horticulture, sericulture, watershed and forest department stalls will explain their features to the general public for 45 days which which will be the highlight of the exhibition."



"The forest department is the gem of the exhibition, which people must watch and enjoy. For entertainment and thrill various rides and games have been arranged. The stage programmes will continue within the premises of the exhibition. People have come and have supported us till now, and we expect it to continue in the coming days as well."

Abdul Salam organizer of the Karavali Utsava was also present on the occasion.
