The Govt/IBA has not settled the wage revision due 01.11.2012 and delaying same beyond 2 years for the reason that NPA is mounting. It is Govt, which is to be squarely blamed for NPA, since it is appointing corrupt officials as head of Banks and making political interference in sanctioning loans.
