Mangaluru, Jan 07: The closing ceremony of special home offer of Redrocks 'Home-a-Thon' was held at head office of Redrocks on Airport Road, Yeyyadi in Mangaluru on January 7 at 7 pm.

Prashanth Rasquinha, COO of Redrocks Group welcomed the guest with flowers.




















Speaking at the occasion U T Khader minister for Health and Family Welfare said, " I feel happy that the efforts of Prashanth Rasquinha are helping the middle class people of the society, the cheaper flats are gift to the hard earnings of the middle income people. All wants to have a house of their own and want live peacefully in it. In future Prashanth Rasquinha has to look into joining hands with the government to build the cheaper houses to the people, so that both together can serve the society. The banks are helping the people who have the money. They also have to come up the schemes for the less earning people of the society also."

Mayor Mahabala Marla expressed his gratitude to Prashanth Rasquinha for coming forward to serve the middle class people, he said, “The cost of flats in Mangaluru is so high that the middle class people do not even have power to hold the brochures. Many middle class people of society are finding hard to buy a house for them. I wish more success to Prashanth Rasquinha in the coming years to serve the society even in a better way. The MCC is ready to give all the support required for the noble cause of serving the society."

The membership card and a surprise gift were  handed over symbolically by mayor Mahabala Marla to the buyers of the flat in Redrocks, followed by the announcement of  lucky draw winner.

Deputy mayor Kavita, State Bank of India's regional manager Kadri Gundu Rao, Corporator Asha D'Silva, Avlyn Patrao, Joyce Rasquinha were present at the occasion.

Gloria Jovita Pais, Sales promotions and customer relations manager of Redrocks proposed the vote of thanks.

Saheel Zaheer of Platform productions compered the programme.

    The efforts of Prashanth Rasquinha to build homes for the middle class need to lauded.

    It is said that the homes that are being put up are to help the middle class people.
