Abu Dhabi: BWF announces its events calendar for 2015

Abu Dhabi, Jan 10: Bearys Welfare Forum, Abu Dhabi, a well known social organization in UAE, respected for its philontraphic and charitable works completed 10 years of its fruitful services to the community. In line with its 10th anniversary celebrations BWF announced its events calendar for 2015

It will organize year long events and charity projects, as decided in the 10th anniversary organizing preparatory executive committee meeting, Mohamed Ali Uchil, president of the BWF said in a press conference.

Abdulla Madumoole, general secretary and Mohamed Rafeeque, vice president, BWF were present at the press meet. The guiding principle of BWF is to reach the poorest of the poor in the community, and achieve the social responsibility’s like - Feed the needy, Help a poor girl to get married, Educate a boy, build a house to homeless, Help a needy patient ,build a toilet , support someone to get employed and so on.


Mohamed Ali Uchil released the following event calendar for 2015:

1. Seeruttanabi Programme on January 23,2015 at Banquet hall of Arab Udupi Restaurant
2. Annual General Body meeting on January 23,2015 evening at Banquet hall of Arab Udupi Restaurant
3. Annual Picnic in April 2015
4. On the side lines of the press meet, Bearys Welfare Forum has announced the drive of construction of the 3nd Phase of “Shouchalaya Project”, a pilot project of construction of toilets to the poor and needy in the society irrespective caste and religion. They announced the completion of 100 toilets and their plan to construct another 100 toilets in the South Kanara and Udupi Districts. Applications have been invited; received 75 applications and the construction work started at Puttur and Sullya Taluk. The forum had arranged weddings for 81 couples at the cost of Rs. 1.5 crore (including 16 couples on 5th mass marriage ceremony held on October 18-2014 at Mangaluru) for economically-backward members of the Muslim community
5. A mega community get together and daylong other programmes are scheduled to be held on April 17,2015 at India Social and Cultural Center, Abu Dhabi

He informed that- the Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddharamaia, U T Khader, Health Minister, B A Moidin –former Education Minister, Mani Shankar Ayer, MP Rajya Sabha, MLA Moidin Bava, Mohamed Hanif,President,Beary Sahitya Acadamy, Syed Beary of Bearys Group, A S Puttige, editor in chief, Vartha Bharathi , Asif,Amaco,Saudi Arabia, M B Farook,president,Bearys Welfare Association, Bengaluru , M B Abdul Rahaman, president Kendriya Beary Sahitya Parishat, Boluvar Mohamed Kunhi, famous Kannada writer, Hyder Parthipady, Janata Dal leader and dignitaries from U A E, Leaders of Gulf based community Organizations, Dignitaries from GCC, Community leaders from Karnataka and some of the other dignitaries expected to attend the programme.

A reception and organizing committee is formed under the leadership of Hamza Abdul Kader vice president, BWF and following other members. Mohd. Siddik Kaup,Siddik Uchil, Hameed Gurupur, Abdul Majeed, Imran Kudroli,Mohd.Kallapu,Jaleel Gurupur, Abdul Ravoof, Basheer Bajpe, Nazeer Ubar, Hanif Ullal, Mustafa Mata, Rasheed Bijai,Abdul Razak Sullia,Rasheed V.K. Ismail Kutty Shimoga and Majeed Athhor.

All community members are requested to attend all forthcoming BWF Programmers, and to strengthen BWF to serve the needy of the community.
