Mumbai, Jan 10: With just under a week to the release of their film 'Alone', Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover are busy with the promotion work and as a result Bipasha spoke up about her relationship with Karan.

Calling Karana a "brat and a chatterbox", the actress said that it was a nice trait to have a co-actor because it helped break the ice from the first day. The intimate scenes between the two that have been seen in the released trailer of the movie caused a lot of people to talk. The 36 year old actress said that working with Karan on those scenes was not difficult because the two of them shares a good rapport, which she emphasised was imperative in filming sensual scenes.

Bipasha plays a double role in the movie, that of Sanjana whose beau is played by Karan, and also Sanjana's conjoined twin who does not belong to the world of the living. Bipasha said that Karan and she had forged a friendship of sorts even before the whole team relocated to Kerala for part of the shooting. The song 'Katra' was shot in Kerala and apparently has quite a few bold scenes.

The shooting, the actress was difficult because she had to spend most of the time attached to her body double. She would do all the parts of one twin and after a change of dress and make up she would again be joined to her body double on the opposite side and play the other twin. Basu summed it up as a unique experience while explaining that they needed to be very conscious of distances and other intricately technical issues in order to get the shots to look just right, while shooting.

Directed by Bhushan Patel, 'Alone' is scheduled to hit the theatres on the 16th of January.
