Sudhir Shenoy elected president of Kuwait Kannada Koota

Kuwait, Jan 12: Sudhir Shenoy was elected as the president of Kuwait Kannada Koota, in a recently concluded elections at the annual general body meeting.

The office bearers to run the activities of KKK for the year 2015 were also elected.

The elections were conducted by the former president of the Koota Dr Surendra Nayak. Girish Shenoy was elected as the vice-president, Deepak Katti was named as the secretary and Kiran Bhat was elected as the treasurer of the Koota.

The newly elected office bearers also met the ambassador of India to Kuwait Sunil Jain in the Indian Embassy and narrated him about the activities of Kuwait Kannada Koota.

KKK is a premier Kannada association from Karnataka founded in 1984 and is now in the 31st year of running its activities showcasing the rich cultural heritage of our homeland to its younger generation and making them realize the social and human values other than their academic education.
