Udupi, Dec 27: Karaval Milan, Dubai will organize Wilfy Nite on Jan 1, 2007 in Brahmavar.

The much-awaited musical treat will be held in the Makkala Mantapa in SMS College.

The three-and-a-half hour charity show will be in aid of the 36 orphan children of Christa Jyoti Orphanage, Kolalgiri, Kallianpur.

Speaking to Daijiworld, president of Karaval Milan Charles Mascarenhas said that M R Vasudeva, director of Bajpe airport, will be the chief guest. Fr Denis D’Sa, administrator, Fr Muller Medical College and Hospital and Fr Marcel Saldanha of Kallianpur deanery will be the guests of honour at the event.

Three persons will be honoured on the occasion. M R Vasudeva will be honoured for his spirited service as the director of Bajpe Airport, Walter Nandalike, editor-in-chief of Daijworld.com for bringing a revolution in the e-Media of the region and P D Vaz for his contributions to the field of Konkani literature.

Konkan Kogull Wilfy Rebimbus and his troupe will entertain the audience with his old and new Konkani numbers. Comedy duo Dolla and Kulla will also be a part of the troupe.
