Mangalore, Jan 1: The high-profile residents of the city dressed in their best put on their dancing shoes to freak out at New Year parties held at different venues on Sunday night.

Parties with highly-priced admittance tickets were held at Pegasus Restaurant, Bharat Mall's rooftop, 0 Degree Disco, Hotel Moti Mahal, Taj Manjarun and other posh places.

Party-lovers danced to glory to the tune of live music. At Pegasus, Russian artistes regaled the diners.
