The green ambience at the sprawling Al Jazira Resort – the venue of the event will be an unique experience for a perfect day for relaxation and fun.

The re-organized All Aloysian/Agnesian band consisting of professional and amateur musicians and singers with their scintillating foot tapping live music and songs interspersed with eastern and western fusion music backed by DJ music are sure to capture the hearts of the alumni and their families with ample opportunity to dance to their hearts contentment . The experienced musicians have put in lots of efforts to entertain their fellow past students and their families showcasing their extraordinary talent. There will be English, Hindi, Kannada and Konkani songs to cater to the taste of young and old – the fusion of western and eastern music will surely set the stage on fire.

The ever popular compere Errol Goveas an accomplished entertainer himself will hold the audience spell bound with his unique style and wit.

This Reunion is not just eating, meeting and merry making, but it is an occasion to give back to their respective Alma Maters by rendering their helping hand from the savings collected from the event towards needy and underprivileged students and talented sports personalities of both the institutions. The organizers have been carrying out this tradition as a gratitude towards their respective institutions since they initiated the reunions of alumni in 1997. This has benefitted large number of deserving and talented students in obtaining quality education and their overall development.

The event is open to all past students and their families.

The children will be kept engaged throughout the day by means of various games including jumping castle etc., with loads of gifts hampers, goodies etc.

A delicious spread is being arranged to cater for the taste of each and everyone.
Remember ! this thrilling event comes once in every two years and missing this will be a great loss for those who do not attend.

This reunion, which will be a true entertainer, is for the alumni/alumnae and by the alumni/alumnae of St Aloysius and St Agnes Colleges/Schools of Mangaluru. The atmosphere at the venue will be electrifying which is to be witnessed to be believed.

The experienced and enthusiastic organizing committee members are working round the clock and leaving no stone unturned to make this event the most memorable one.

Wilson Samuel and Mariel Andrade - chairpersons for Aloysians and Agnesians respectively are optimistic and upbeat and promise the day to be eventful and a exciting one.

The hype and feed back from the past about this event has forced former students from the neighbouring gulf countries and India to reserve their seats - not to miss this amazing extravaganza.

The event will also be attended by Management representatives from St. Aloysius College which will give an excellent opportunity to both past students and parents to interact and gain knowledge of the institutions and the progress made at the campus since they left Mangaluru several years ago.

It is worth noting that the first re-union was held in 1997 in UAE – the brain child of enthusiastic Aloysians, who initiated the concept of Alumni get-together in UAE - , the reunion held for the first time outside India, which paved the way for others to follow in others parts of the Gulf and around the world - the credit of which goes entirely to the Aloysian Alumni in the UAE.

The event will give ample chance to relive the past, share the bygone days and reconnect with long lost acquaintances.

Invitations are available with committee members and are being grabbed like hot cakes. Organizers urge the Agnesian / Aloysian Alumnae and Alumni not to miss this golden opportunity before it is too late as there are only limited seats available.

Transport will be made available on request for those intend to attend the event from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Remember its Friday February 6, 10:30 am onwards - be there on time !

One of these years, if time permits, we both would like to take part in your Agnesian/Aloysian Gala in the U.A.E because our basic roots of Education originate in St. Aloysius as well as St.Agnes, respectively.

We have lot to be grateful for, and remain thankful to God for all the blessings that St. Aloysius as well as St. Agnes Institutions have rendered to us throughout our life ever since we left Mangalore.

Both the Institutions have grown five-fold ever since but the original beauty is still there bringing all the golden memories of our past, specially our initial school life that has given us so much of identity of who we are and what we are.

Have fun, and keep up the good old traditions and values of your Alma Mater.
