Vibrant colours adorn Dubai sky as Team Mangalore shines at International Kite Fest

Dubai, Feb 6: A vibrant collection of colourful kites adorned the UAE sky as Team Mangalore, on invitation from Classic Concepts Event Mangaement Co, participated in Dubai International Kite Festival held at Jumeira Beach, Dubai from January 29 to February 1.

Team Mangalore consisting of Sarvesh Rao, Nitin Shetty, Subhash Pai and Satish Rao participated in the event. They were among the 87 participants from 25 countries who converged at the Festival.

Rashid, a representative from Dubai local authorities and Sonal Rawal, director of Classic Concepts Event Management Co, appreciated the team for the wonderful display of kites at the venue and in the sky.

The kites of the team viz, 'Vibhishana', 'Garuda', 'Pushpaka Vimana', 'Gajaraja', 'Yakshagana', 'Charlie' and Kathakalli Series (100 kites tied to 1 string) attracted the huge crowd gathered at Jumeira Beach.

The local public visited the venue and praised the kites and took photographs and selfies along with the kites of Team Mangalore. Many Indians residing in Dubai also helped the Team members in flying these huge kites in the Dubai sky.

    A unique and variety of handmade beautiful kites from Team Mangalore truly highlighted our Indian culture in Dubai skies for the continuous three days.

    The ideas behind the art and the self-designed flying technology were really unique in this event. The visitors surprised that how these huge kites designed to fly??? !!!!!!. Could see lots of appreciations from the visitors for these handmade kites
