    Wel, the facts first.
    1. Opium or affeem is freely grown in Rajasthan and distributed in a few tribes in Rajasthan. it is served everyday thrice to all working members of the family for energy. it is also served first to guests at home or during any occasion. its a tradition to serve affeem. its is an aphrodisiac, energy provider to a people.
    2. Govt of Rajasthan officially sells Affeem to a few tribes called Bishnois.
    3. A person who is found misusing affeem is outcasted from the tribe. so usually they don't sell it to outsiders.
So if this person is indeed selling affeem, either its fake or its got out of the state through illegal way.

We all know that Gelatin sticks, gun powder as well as drugs land at Bhatkal through seas from where it is distributed. What is needed is a navy or army barrack here so as to increase the presence of armed personnel as well as keep this sensitive area under control. This area is going to be a big headache for the government in future.
