Mangaluru, Feb 10: Advocate A C Jayaraj, who is facing charges of forgery, appeared in JMFC court here on Tueday February 10 and sent to judicial custody till February 24.

Jayaraj is accused of diverting insurance money by providing fake records to the bank, created using forged signatures and seals of the city sessions judge.
It is learnt that A C Jayaraj surrendered before the court.
Jayaraj is accused of using forged seals of judges B V Prakash and district and sessions judge Arun Choudapurkar. The Bunder police had registered this case, based on a complaint received from the officials of the sessions court here.
