Mangaluru: Advocate A C Jayaraj surrenders in court, sent to judicial custody

Mangaluru, Feb 10: Advocate A C Jayaraj, who is facing charges of forgery, appeared in JMFC court here on Tueday February 10 and sent to judicial custody till February 24.

Jayaraj is accused of diverting insurance money by providing fake records to the bank, created using forged signatures and seals of the city sessions judge.

It is learnt that A C Jayaraj surrendered before the court.

Jayaraj is accused of using forged seals of judges B V Prakash and district and sessions judge Arun Choudapurkar. The Bunder police had registered this case, based on a complaint received from the officials of the sessions court here.

    You know your profession of telling lies very well. So, don't worry. Nothing will happen. Doctor knew how to take care of doctor incase of p.... d...., likewise advocate knew how to take care of advocate in case of forgery!!!!!

    OMG such a blatant buffoonery of the court. He was in Mangalore, His wife was directly calling him in front of clients who went to collect compensation cheques of RTA which had matured for FD many years. The other senior lawyers were even reluctant to help poor people to write a application to the court to release the FD certificates from the court. Its a shame game.. this man is a blot to Mangalore.
