Car falls down gorge - providential escape for minister U T Khadar

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Feb 23: State health minister, U T Khadar, was returning to the city after taking part in a programme at Montepadavu, Manjanady here, when the car in which he was travelling hurtled down about 30 feet deep gorge. The accident occurred at around 12.45 am on Monday February 23 at Kalkatta here.

The minister had a miraculous escape, as he came out unscathed in this accident. His driver, Mohan, suffered minor injury to his forehead. Khadar's personal assistant, Libzath, who was also in the car, is safe.

The car however, was badly damaged. Khadar, it may be recalled, has been involved with various instances of rescuing road accident victims and personally taking interest in their treatment. One such incident had happened on Sunday morning.

There is a saying by God, it goes this way : " What so ever you do, to the least of my people, that you do unto me..!" Here in this case, Mr. Khader has been a Good Samaritan to quite a many people we know, specially to accident victims. So when he met with this accident, it is God's Miraculous Hand that has saved him, his driver & assistant in the car. What a providential escape, for Minister, this is only by God's Grace, nothing else.
Hope Mr. Khader has come out of this shock and is fine now.
    God Bless him always.

Please do not give reasons to justify how such accident could have happened. No one can avoid what is written in ones destiny. However, how Mr. U.T. Kader is saved so miraculously is every ones belief that it is the result of his good deeds and peoples prayers. As some one said,
    Be good to others
God will be good to you for ever.
    I believe that.

Has anyone given a thought why the car may have hurtled down the gorge ? At 12.45 a.m. ? The minister might have been dozing off but his driver is working even at this hour ?

Please understand that the staff too needs rest. Else, we risk our own life.

    Suhail,

Long route buses have two drivers, while one drives the other sleeps. One drives for 6 to 8 hours and the other takes over.

It is we passengers are taking the service for granted - if they were to dose off on their duty, majority of us could not have been alive today.

    Madam,
When the minister attends the meetings and conferences, the driver grabs a nap, that said about the major part of the day. The minister uses his travelling time for his nap.
So here the driver is not forced to work without sleep.

Moreover, when you accept the job, you should be able to give your full to the job. You cant accept a job of night watchman and say you are not allowed to sleep at night!

    @ Madam Lidiya,
Did you check duty hours of Mr. Khadar's driver?

Do you want all vehicles, ships, aeroplanes to stop at night, just to have drivers sleep?

They will work in shifts and manage to drive in the nights.

Well then, I should say that his driver drove him down the gorge giving a challenge to God - what do you guys say ?

Surely he wasn't driving on the road for the first time making us to think that he lost his way ? What other reason can there be ?
