Mangalore: Achievers Honoured During Angelore Parish Day

Mangalore Jan 28: Guardian Angeles Church Angelore celebrated their Parish day on Sunday 28 Janaury 2007.



Well known physician and popualr daijiworld.com health columnist Dr Edward Nazareth and his wife Eye specialist Dr Nelly Nazareth were Guests of Honor. Parish Priest Fr Stany Lobo, Asst Parish Priest Anil Prakash Castelino along with Mary Patrao (Secratary) and vice president Jossy D`Souza were also on the dias



On this occasion, the outstanding Parishioners were honoured for their extraordinary contribution to the Parish, the Society and other fields.

Fr. Stany Lobo honoured following  stalwarts of Parish :


William Pais - Author of “The Land called South canara”
Preetham Kishore Fernandes - 2nd Rank Master of Visual arts
Ashlyn Santumayar – 1st Rank Bsc 
Carol Rosario – 4th Rank B.Ed
Amlyn Dsouza and Avlyn Dsouza - First Place in Elocution Competition - Diocese level





A Konkani Skit “Hallenthlo Novo Patel” Written by M. P. D’Sa directed by Jerome Moras Angelore was enacted by Anjelore Parioshners as part of the cultural programme.




Jasmine Vas compered the event and Judith Dsouza proposed the vote of thanks
