New Delhi, Jan 29: Dwayne Bravo has been officially reprimanded for breaching the ICC's code of conduct.
The West Indies player was found guilty of excessive appealing after one of his deliveries brushed the edge of Dinesh Kaarthick's bat.
Though Bravo later apologised to the umpires, they still reported the incident and the player was then reprimanded for his actions.
The maximum penalty for the breach would have been 50 per cent of Bravo's match fee.
