Agnesian Aloysian Reunion 2007 - The Countdown Begins

UAE: Jan. 30: The Countdown for the much anticipated "Agnesian/Aloysian Reunion 2007" has begun and there are merely 3 days to go for the great event, which has generated tremendous response from the ex students of both St. Aloysius and St. Agnes colleges and the organizers are all ready and set for the big event on Friday February 02, 2007 at the Chalet Gardens, Al Jazira Resort, Abu Dhabi.
The organizers are glad and elated to find the overwhelming response and the enthusiasm shown by the ex-students, which has encouraged them to work harder to make the event a success.
Rev. Fr. (Dr.) Eugene Lobo - the Principal of St. Aloysius College, Mangalore specially arrived in Dubai today from Mangalore to participate in the event and will be the Guest of Honour. The euphoria created is such that the ex Aloysians and Agnesians based in UAE have invited guests and fellow classmates to attend the function from overseas from far off places like Mangalore, Mumbai, Muscat, Bahrain, Kuwait etc.
The event is surely will be a great hit as there will be lots of entertainment for the all age groups. Children will be specially taken care of with clowns, jumping castle, games stalls etc. Toys-R-Us have come up with exciting entertainment for the kids with lot of goodies.
The day long event is packaged into great entertainment extravaganza consisting of various fun games, fashion show, music, dance and the all Agnesian and Aloysian band will be in attendance to enthrall the audience. The fine weather and a great location at Al Jazira Resort will be ideal for this great show.
It can be remembered that UAE Aloysians were the first to stage Alumni get-together overseas which was followed by other Gulf and Western Countries. Thanks to Jerome Pereira for his pioneering step, this has proved to be a great success.
For the convenience of the participants free transportation has been arranged and those who need to avail this facility are requested to contact the organizers while collecting the Invitations. Participants will be allowed to board the bus on producing invitations
The starting point for departure of the buses will be as follows:
Abu Dhabi - New Medical Centre (NMC) Parking
Sharjah - Pizza Hut on Al Wadha Street
Dubai - Lulu Centre - Karama
The buses will depart from the stipulated places at 9:15 a.m. sharp.
