Los Angeles, March 2 (IANS): Singer Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly stopped talking to her former beau Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton.
According to a source, Scherzinger, who split from Hamilton last month after being in a relationship for seven years, has been advised by her friends that it wasn't “healthy” for the couple to keep in touch, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“The split has been devastating for Nicole. She feels the only way she can move on is by putting distance between her and Lewis,” the source said.
“While their split was amicable, she and those around her feel it's not healthy for them to remain friends,” the source added.
The 36-year-old has been throwing herself into her work in a bid to distract her from the heartbreak.
The source added: “Nicole has been throwing herself into work, and having these trips in place has meant that she has been getting physical distance from the whole situation.”
