Dubai, Mar 3 : Dony Correa, a popular name among Mangalureans in the UAE and around has created waves in the field of entertainment by exhibiting his allround talent, be it in singing, compering, drama, literature, or Yakshagana.
Dony is well-known for his organizing skills and has arranged many successful musical and entertainment shows in Dubai. He has succesfully led the organizations like CYM, AICUF, St Mary's College Shirva, and FAMAD Pernal, Dubai.
Dony Correa is well-known for showcasing his talents in style. He adds a uniqueness and personal touch to any task he performs which then becomes the talk of the town. If it comes from Dony, it means it is unique, special or extraordinary in some way or the other. This time, he’s all set to release a Konkani musical treasure, his debut album Hero - Only Yours
"The album will be one of the finest musical albums of present times with meaningful lyrics, soothing tunes, melodious singing and soulful music," says Dony Correa who is optimistic about the mega succes of the album.
"It is a perfect recipe of melody, harmony and music for music lovers to savour, and will have them asking for more," he adds.
The lyrics and tunes for the album are composed by Dony Correa. Music is composed and arranged by Roshan D'Souza Angelore, who has given his heart and soul to this album. "Roshan has sprinkled a new flavour adding freshness to the music of this album, which will be cherished by all. This album comprises of 10 songs, which are sung by popular and noted singers from Bollywood, young and experienced singers from Mumbai, Goa, and Mangaluru. Singers are chosen based on the style, type and the need of the song," he says.
Different types of live instruments including violins, violas, saxophone, flute, trumpet, melodeon, lead and bass guitars, tabla, and a variety of percussions have been utilized in the making of this musical treasure. Renowned musicians from Kerala, Goa and Mangaluru have been brought together to deliver this divine music. Mixing and mastering of this album is done by Nithin Kottungall at Orpheus Studio, Ernakulam.

Prakash Mahadevan - The rocking performer has rendered his powerful voice to the song 'Abhinandhan’, the Konkani version of the evergreen and highly popular western song 'Congratulations'.
Dr Sudha Prashanth - The beautiful singer along with her spouse Dr Prashant Raj has sung the birthday song ‘Happy birthday to you’.
Dony Correa and his versatile spouse Asha Correa who has been a true companion in all aspects have sung a most romantic duet song 'Sopnnam Bhognnam' which describes their faith in love.
