City based company rewards its employees with Nano cars

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Mar 5: A city-based entrepreneur has rewarded all his employees with a Tata Nano car each. This generosity was showered by chairman of CNC Ballscrews and Bearing Pvt Ltd functioning at Bykampady Industrial area here, V K Nayak.

Nayak decided to give Nano cars to employees of the company's factory here and its office at Pune. He said he decided to give cars to employees instead of disbursing bonus by way of cash, to facilitate them to come to office in four-wheelers instead of two-wheelers. He said this was the reward for hard work rendered by the employees of the company.

On Wednesday, he handed over the cars bought from city-based Automatrix to the employees. Similar arrangement was also made at Pune, he added. As a symbolic gesture, chief executive officer of Automatrix, Pradeep Mayya, handed over keys of cars to Nayak. Some employees of CNC Ballscrews and Automatrix were present on the occasion.

V K Nayak, who has been serving industrial sector for the last three decades, has won several awards in recognitions of his services from Germany, central government, Maharashtra government, and Canara Bank.

Dear Nayakmam you deserve all appreciation for your great gesture towards your own employees, whom you looked as partners.

I still remember dealing with you in canara bank foreign department , Mangalore during 1985-1986, the respect you used to show towards bank staff, your simplicity and character in doing your business.

You are blessed in turn with the blessings from your own people, your staff and your well wishers.

May you achieve still more in your life and continue your goodness towards mankind.

    Greetings,

Hardly few employers have good heart but this chairman V.K.Nayak's heart and gesture towards his employees is admirable, laudable and appreciable. In fact unlike other employers, he truly realized the importance of his employees and their dedication towards the growth of the company where they work.In true sense, employees are an asset for the company.Only when employees are treated well, definitely there will be hundredth times growth of the company is assured. If the company treat the employees badly, definitely they will have it.I wish all the companies, organizations should have a kind and good hearted ,generous MD like V.K.Nayak.God bless him long life, health, wealth, prosperity, peace, contentment.Kudos to Nayak and Hats off.

great news. it's the way you get the commitment from employees in turn. Employees happy and definitely the company will definitely shine in a while. Trust all employers think in similar way... only worry will be that we added so many 4 wheelers on the road.

Indeed an excellent strategy. It is that THE EMPLOYEES MAKE THE COMPANY. If the employees are taken care of they in turn will work diligently and produce results. The employees should not only be action oriented but also result oriented.

One more plan the EMPLOYERS could make is to present even better cars as incentives to employees when they perform well and produce results.

Very good news for concerned company's employees. The intention and generosity highly appreciable because employers always accused of squeezing employees to the end. This gesture is unprecedented in Karnataka and last month diamond traders in Guj given flats and luxurious cars for the employees which may motivated him!
