St Jerosa School felicitates illustrious alumnus U T Khader

Mangaluru, Mar 6: “I am forever indebted to St Jerosa School which moulded my career. I had entered the school as a toddler. The teachers received me with love, holding my hands. They gave me knowledge and taught human values making me a worthy citizen of the country. I am unable to repay their debt,” said U T Khader, Karnataka Minister of Health and Family Welfare.

He was expressing his gratitude during a felicitation programme held recently. He wholeheartedly praised the service rendered by the Sisters of Charity.

School headmistress Emma Aranha gave the keynote address and teacher Dorothy Rego proposed the vote of thanks. Teacher Juliet Rodrigues gave a congratulatory speech. Molly D’ souza compered the programme.

Local corporator Jacintha Alfred, school convener Sr Marceline Braggs, senior students association vice-president Rita D’ souza, senior students, parents, and guardians were present.
