Several people had approached him seeking employment opportunities earlier. This job fair will provide employment for youths in the district. Youths who work for very less salary can also take part in this fair. He also asked youths to take part in the programme with essential documents like experience and graduation certificates.

“To mark my 50th birthday, on March 22, I will donate 25 mulching cows to poor families which will help them to get additional income for them."

Denying the allegation of increased cattle theft in his tenure, Bava said, “It will be clear if you gather information on cattle theft in my tenure and also in the tenures of previous MLAs. I have shown interest in tackling the cattle theft and protect every one's right".
