Freedom of speech or EXPRESS is not license to character assassination of other individual or place of worship.I think you did not go through content of 'freedom of express' else you might be hesitant to write definition of 'freedom of express'

No one has a right to pass any derogatory remarks about any one and more particularly about any organization. It is time that all try and understand that they have an obligation to respect every one - GREAT OR NOT GREAT.

Media People also should ensure that no adverse comments about any one should not find a place in any columns of the media.

Good to see that the police have risen to occasion and taken steps in the right direction.

If Togadia and VHP parivar were foul crying about the ban on hate mongers citing Constitutional right of freedom of speech and freedom of expression, then what they have to say about the arrest of this person or anybody who express their views in social media and get arrested..Freedom of expression should not be construed as ones right to abuse others and insult others faiths and beliefs..The constitutional rights should not be interpreted to ones conveniences.

Spreading false rumors about a place of worship or especially a religion is not correct. There must be some misunderstanding in the mind of the man like the one who spread bad information about Christianity.

Its important to detain the person and counsel him to get his problem out before vested interests join and use him for illegal actions against a holy place.

Nobody working for any religion and they don't believe religion. They want to come problems in the peaceful society. If the person whoever he/she is they can just follow their religion and practice it peacefully. The person doing anything in the name of religion is only for his gains.

    gm,

First your atheism, second, when any topic comes about religion, refrain from involving in the discussion. This is the decent way of behaving because there are a number of atheists and they deserve dignified living. You don't meddle with theists, and in return they will not meddle with your affairs.

You keep doing kich-pich and not able to transform 99% of believers into your lifestyle - its all a mess. As time passes, number of believers could be a minority, then you do the ruling.

    Apologies for offending.
