Warm Saturday in Delhi, Sunday to be partly overcast


New Delhi, March 21 (IANS): The week ended on a warm note in the national capital with the maximum temperature on Saturday recorded at 31.7 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average. Met has forecast a partly overcast weekend.

"The sky Sunday will be clear in the morning however but later it will turn partly cloudy," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.

The maximum and the minimum temperatures Sunday are likely to hover around 32 degrees and 17 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature Saturday settled at 15.8 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.

Friday's maximum temperature was 30.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average while the minimum temperature was 14.5 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
