Kalakul to celebrate world theatre day on Mar 27

Mangaluru, Mar 25: Mandd Sobhann’s Kalaakul theatre repertory will be celebrating the ‘World Theatre Day’, on Friday, March 27 at 6.30 p m at Kalaangann.

On this occasion, a book written by Arun Raj Rodrigues – ‘Melya Uprant and other Konkani plays’ – will be released. Well known Konkani theatre personality Jerry Rasquinha as the chief guest will deliver a talk on Konkani theatre. Neenasam graduates will be presenting a Kannada play ‘G K Mastarara Pranaya Prasanga’, written by Chandrashekhar Kambara.
