AAP to regularise city's unauthorised colonies

New Delhi, March 31 (IANS): The AAP government on Tuesday said it would work towards the regularisation of the national capital's unauthorised colonies by initiating steps like boundary fixation and asking the MCD to prepare layout plans for such colonies.

Addressing a press conference here, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said: "We are dedicated towards regularising the irregular colonies by fixing their boundaries and asking the MCDs (municipal corporations of delhi) to prepare a layout plan for such colonies."

Sisodia added that registry of such colonies would begin after the process of boundary fixation is completed.
