Tunis, April 3 (IANS): Tunisian security forces arrested 21 more people suspected of being involved in the deadly attack on the Bardo museum here last month that left 23 people, including 20 foreign tourists, dead.
The Tunisian interior ministry said in a statement that the 21 suspects belonged to two terrorist cells and so far 46 suspects had been arrested, according to a Xinhua report.
"Members of these terrorist cells will be charged of being accomplices in the terrorist case (by) providing weapons and logistics," the statement said.
The Islamic State (IS) terrorist group had claimed responsibility for the March 18 attack on the museum in Tunisia's parliament complex. The two terrorists involved in the attack were later killed.
