New Delhi, April 8 (IANS): US Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Dan Feldman held talks here with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Foreign Secretary S. Jaishankar as part of high-level US-India consultations on Afghanistan.
Feldman met Doval, Jaishankar and other Indian government counterparts here on Tuesday. The meeting came in the wake of President Barack Obama's visit in January, a US embassy press release said on Wednesday.
Both sides discussed the outcome of President Ashraf Ghani and CEO Abdullah Abdullah's visit to Washington and discussed how best to support a sustainable, inclusive, sovereign, and democratic political order in Afghanistan, said the statement.
