Rain likely in Delhi


New Delhi, April 14 (IANS): It will be a partly cloudy Tuesday in Delhi with the possibility of very light rainfall in some parts of the city, the Met Office said.

According to an official of the India Meteorological Department, the day would be partly cloudy and one or two spells of very light rainfall or thundershowers could occur in some areas.

The day's minimum temperature settled a notch below the season's average at 20 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 32 degrees Celsius.

Delhi received 2 mm of rainfall since Monday.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 76 percent.

Monday's maximum temperature was recorded at 32.2 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was 18.9 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
