It may rain on Wednesday in Delhi


New Delhi, April 14 (IANS): Delhi may witness partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of light rain and thunder showers in some areas of the city on Wednesday, a weather official said here on Tuesday.

Maximum temperature is expected to be 33 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and minimum temperature is likely to be 22 degrees Celsius, the meteorological department (Met) official added.

There was no rain in the capital on Tuesday, with the maximum temperature remaining at 32.5 degrees Celsius, the season's average. The minimum temperature fell to 20 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, the official said.

Humidity reached a peak of 94 and a low of 47. There were traces of rain only before 8.30 a.m..

Monday saw a maximum temperature of 32.2 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average and a minimum temperature of 18.9 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
