Kasargod: One killed in bomb attack in Panoor

Kasargod, Apr 16: A CPM activist was killed in a low-intensity bomb attack in Panoor near here on the wee hours of Thursday April 16.

The bomb was hurled at Vinod (37) while he was on his way to his house at around 1.30 am on Thursday, as per reports. The deceased's body has been kept at Thalassery general hospital.

CPM has alleged that the attack was carried out by RSS. The communist party has called for a protest in Panoor and nearby panchayats till 6 in the evening.
