Kuwait: PWAK organizes fun filled family get-together

Kuwait, Apr 17 -  Pamboor Welfare Association Kuwait (PWAK) organized an annual family get-together at Green Island on April 10 for all Pamboor parish families. It was attended by a crowd of 60 people including children and guests. Everyone reached the venue at 11.30 am.

 

















The day started with a prayer by Stany Monis, vice-president. Johnson Fernandes extended a warm welcome to all the families gathered and requested them to enjoy the day in true family spirit. Breakfast was was then served to everyone.

A number of games conducted by Sunil Menezes for children and adults were organized throughout the day and prizes were distributed to all the winners.

Children led the grace before meal. Delicious lunch was prepared by M&M Caterers. Soon after lunch the  much awaited games namely breaking the pot, tug-of-war and housie housie began. Prizes were distributed to all the winners. The day long fun-filled event comprising of games, entertainment and prizes galore was thoroughly enjoyed by adults and children.

The day’s events were wonderfully compered by Samson Noronha. President Johnson Martis proposed the vote of thanks.

The family get-together concluded at 6 pm.
