New Delhi, April 17 (IANS): The national capital experienced a warm, sunny Friday as the maximum temperature settled a notch below the season's average at 35.3 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast similar weather on Saturday.
"The sky will be mainly clear tomorrow (Saturday). The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover between 36 and 21 degrees Celsius," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
Friday's minimum temperature settled at 20 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
The day's maximum humidity was recorded at 89 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was recorded at 32.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 21.5 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season.
