New Delhi, Apr 22 (Agencies) : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the results of JEE (Main) 2015 on April 27. Candidates who had appeared for the exam can view their results on the official JEE main website jeemain.nic.in
The exam was conducted both in offline and online mode on April 4 and April 10 & 11 respectively. More than 13 lakh students had appeared for the exam this year. Also, no score/ rank card will be mailed/ sent to the candidates.
On the basis of their scores in the exam, around 1.5 lakh top candidates will be shortlisted. These shortlisted candidates will then appear for JEE Advanced, which is scheduled on May 24, 2015. The results of the JEE Advanced will decide on the number of candidates who will be admitted to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by all 16 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad.
