Delhi Metro halts service for two minutes


New Delhi, April 26 (IANS): Delhi Metro halted its services for two minutes following fresh tremors in the Indian capital and adjoining areas on Sunday afternoon.

"Fresh tremors were felt at around 12.45 p.m. So Metro trains were stopped for two minutes," an official told IANS. "Currently, trains are running perfectly fine."

Metro trains were stopped twice briefly on Saturday also after a massive earthquake struck Nepal.
