Kasargod: Gang stabs person employed in Dubai to death

Kasargod, Apr 28: P V Manikantan alias Mani (40), a native of Hosdurg Mavungal Menikot, was stabbed to death on Monday April 27. The incident occurred at Hosdurg Valunnoradi. Reasons for this murder is not yet known.

Mani was returning after attending a marriage, when the gang, which arrived in a motor bike, stabbed him and sped away. Mani, who was seriously wounded, was admitted into the cooperative hospital in Nilelshwar, but he succumbed to injuries later.

Mani, who was working in Dubai, had come to his native place on leave a month back. Relating to the incident, Hosdurg police have registered a case against two, one of whom has been identified as Viju.
