Sunny Thursday in Delhi


New Delhi, April 30 (IANS): It was a sunny Thursday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 25.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average.

The Met office has forecast a partly cloudy day along with dust and thunder storm in some areas.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius.

"There will be partly cloudy sky on Thursday. Dust storm and thunder storm could occur in some areas of the region," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 52 percent.

Wednesday's maximum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 36.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.7 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season.
