Not all drivers are responsible for the accident. If a bike or scooter rider doesn't see the road and just comes in from no where.. How can the other vehicle stop from hitting such riders on a highway.. Everyone should be cautious when on road.. Rest left to God...

Life is so cheap in our country. Not one party is sensitive to the emotional damage a loss of life brings to a family. Not one party has the courage to bring laws that will give apt punishment to the driver who caused the accident. Accidental death has become so common that behave become immune to loss of lives. we are so fast in clicking away photos of accident victims that we don't even help them. what a country.
