Mangaluru, May 7: 'Delma Residency', a residential complex by Walk-In Builders and Developers, was inaugurated at Kulshekar here on Wednesday May 6.

Vicar general of Managluru diocese Msgr Denis Moras Prabhu inaugurated the apartment building and blessed the premises.

Addressing the gathering Msgr Denis Prabhu said, "I am happy to be part of the inaugural ceremony of this building. I congratulate the builders, land owners and the people who will be residing in this building. It is located at an ideal place with lots of greenery around. I pray to god that people living in the building are blessed with happiness, I wish health and prosperity for each and everyone who has helped in the construction of this building. I wish all success to the builders and hope that they will build many more projects in future."

MLC Ivan D'Souza said, "This apartment consists of 11 flats. Building a house is everyone's dream and people wish to live in big houses. Today 11 families have got new homes. I congratulate the builder and the land owners. This building is set in an ideal location with good accessibility, water supply, power supply and all other amenities. I wish happiness to all those who are going to live here."

Walk-In Group promoter Naveen D'Paula and his wife Shelma celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on the occasion. Shelma thanked the gathering.
