Mangaluru: Visa fraud - Victim manages to expose agency

Daijiworld Media Network-Mangaluru (RJP)

Mangaluru, May 10: Visa frauds are very common these days. But the victims hardly manage to expose the agencies involved in visa frauds. Exposing them is very difficult to achieve, unless the aggrieved party takes it as a challenge.

Anil Kumar (26) from Talapady who is a victim of a visa fraud has managed to expose the agency which had tried to cheat him. The name of the agency is Al-Naaz travel agency operating from Manasa Towers in city.

As per Anil Kumar’s statement, he was sent to Maldives by Al-NaazAl-Naaz agency on April 28 for which he had paid Rs 1,80,000. He was told that the job was that of an accountant, but he was given the work of watchman.

After finding out about the cheating, Anil Kumar remained in Maldives with great difficulty and returned to India after five days.

Back in hometown, Anil Kumar took the help of the media and friends to put pressure on the agency. The agency was not ready to accept its mistake in the initial stage.

Anil Kumar had demanded the whole amount he had paid to the agency, but he insisted Rs 70,000 to be returned immediately as it was taken as insurance.

Now the agency has agreed to make the payment at the soonest.

People don't simply pay their hard earned money or borrowed money to go to abroad to earn livelihood unless they really looking for a better prospect...whether that is Maldives or USA which promises them better life than India, The so called agencies sitting in India and making millions by the pain and tears of poor people, more people need to come out to stop these fraudulent practices, Brave Anil ( if any others) should get justice.

Live and let others live. You all cowards and hypocrites who increase your bank balance by making others begging on the road. Do not think you can have lavish life and take care of you family with these cursed money.
Well wishers and friends of Al Naaz travel agency, call the owner and pressurize him to pay the entire money ASAP and also for others whom he duped. If the agency is not at fault then let them give their statement.
This is a good time to expose all agencies in Mangalore who duped innocent people. All fraud agencies, come back to your real senses.it is better you beg and take care of your family if you cannot work. Your family will be saved.

The only reason behind fraudsters flourishing in India is the weak legal system with too many loop holes in it.

You cannot become 'really rich in one generation time just by doing 'hard work' in an ethical way, but by doing 'manipulative' and 'smart' work and make others work for you like these guys!!

Surprisingly in our country white collar thuggery is very common and hardly anybody is implicated or given stringent punishment so it is on the rise with scores of gullible and innocents being looted and most times their lives made miserable as mostly those who get cheated are the poor who live hand to mouth and have to take loans at high interest rates!! It is high time white collar crimes are given equal status to that of manslaughter and stringent punishment meted out to the lowly creatures who are involved in siphoning off the money of the innocents!!

Take just the stock markets for instance, there are scores of cos. listed, which are totally dubious, resort to all sorts of jugglery by rigging up share prices and ultimately they siphon off 10s of 1000s of crores of sweat money of the gullible and wriggle out with no authority even batting an eyelid for obvious reasons!! Jai Hind!!

THIS is not jus the case of cheating but far worse.agency has played with the life of innocent guy who really wanted to do something good for himself & family.i strongly insist agency made to repay anils entire amount plus compensation for causing mental agony..or they've to find him assured job & till he gets that agency should pay his salary.poloice must ensure this otherwise there's no such thing as justice in this land.

Compensation should be more. If the agency not aware any details for the overseas jobs then why they are doing business?

Frauds and cheating gullible people is the common trend nowadays in India in general and Mangalore in particular. There is no end for that.No laws,no brake for such activities. All the officials concerned are hand in gloves with the concerned culprits.Organizations where such frauds and unwanted activities are occurring should be banned for ever without any consideration or sympathy.Their main motives are only to mint/loot the money from poor people, who are do not have the knowledge about the laws and regulations of the companies, they are intend to visit.Nowadays money plays an important role at the cost of poor, gullible people.Beware of fraudsters. In this case Al Naz travel agency should return all the money of the victim along with fines/interest and extra expenses incurred. Not promise but in action.Viction should claim double the money of what he has already paid.Hats off Mr.Anil Kumar for exposing the fraud and bring the matter to the attention of the media.Your courage for exposing the truth to the media is commendable.

This is not good.... Why a case has not been filed??? the compensation must be atleast rs.5.00 lacs or above...

The Agency should be banned and the person involved should get imprisonment, otherwise, he will keep on and on cheating many people..... Again going to Maldives - anybody can get a ticket and go. Visa issued immediately after arrival at Maldives... Again why not paid 70k immediately..? what is the guarantee he will pay... keep on an on promising..... the best way is to complaint to the Police...

Always use the third sense and put 101 questions before you take a decision. Which government department gave them the licence to operate this agency, first catch hold of all those who processed the papers for this agency. Confiscate all their belonging of this agency and make them poor right away, then see the fun.
