Its in state board but cbse and other boards no more rank system to reduce the stress of students. 91-100 all will come in one grade, 81-90 in one grade.

So now on ask your so called moral police to plan a campaign against the Hindus attending the convent or Christian institutes. I bet you and your moral police kicked on your butts

I am living in Mumbai from many years and read the advertisements specially for jobs to help people.
Vidyalayas are good and a many students studied there have come with ranks in Maharashtra.
On a practical side, I have seen hundreds of ads asking only candidates studied in Convent school (they mistake English medium Christian school as Convent school.) Even in one ad, they have mentioned only candidates studied in St.Xaviers or Sydenham
college should apply. Not seen a single ad asking candidates studied in Vidyalayas. Why like that, I do not know, but, employers definitely know.

Ranks are not very important. Values are more important. Anyway CBSE and other boards are going with Grades so people like you degrade the people who get one or 2 marks less.

There is a misunderstanding among people everywhere and some employers in Mumbai, who think students studied thru English medium in a Catholic school, are considered as studied in Convent School.
Convent school is a school run by nuns and generally only girls study there. Irrespective of medium of instruction, be it Kannada, Marathi or English, the girls studied in such a school are convent educated. Boys and girls who studied thru whichever medium in a catholic school, are called from Catholic schools.
Students from Catholic schools may not have got rank, but, in Mumbai there are many Catholic schools giving 100% result consistently for decades with students more than 300 appearing in each school.

....and these very catholic schools in mumbai, detain &forced to leave the school for not less than 20%students in 9th std. to achieve this 100% passing out of 300 students, not even given 2nd chance of re exam. Most of these detainees are Catholics dumped by catholic institutions mercilessly. So not just 100% but how they acheive it matters.
