Congratulations to Fr. Lawrence on taking over as the Secretary of CESU. We hope Fr. Lawrence will use his vast administration experience in education and healthcare to improve the overall quality of our Education system in Catholic Board Schools and also inculcate new methods of teaching that are required in today's dynamic world. Our teachers need training to cope up with the new dynamics of education and more importantly they need lot of encouragement and revision in their salaries. Otherwise, we will continue to lose all our good teachers to other private institutions.

Hello Fr. Lawrence, I should say Congratulations to the Diocese of Udupi to find you to head the Education portfolio. I remember you from your New York stay in the 1990's and ably arranging the memorial mass for Mother Teresa, in New York. As secretary of Catholic Board of Education, administrator of Father Muller Medical College, director of St John's National Academy all these institutions have benefited from your service. Now Udupi Diocese can look forward for a Medical
College/Hospital in the near future. You are one of the very few humble and able spiritual (priest) people I have come across. Wish you all the best.
