From my childhood I always read,
POLICE RAID 'MUDKA' gambling center arrest 3 or 2 persons who playing "madka' at Kinnigoly or Mulky or some other katte etc.

Never ever heard or red thhat arrested MUDKA operator/OWNER.
only poor labouur who play 25 paise or 50 paise those days after their daily wage work, balance money leftover after drinking TODDY and Case registered etc.
(All court case attending and fine charges paid by the owner of MUDKA to these laborers, only police need to file one or two cases per year just to show they are bursting CRACKERS
    Just eye wash.

What next.... Will the Government think in terms of rehabilitating these poor women and educate them to live honest and decent lives.

What is more important is the touts who are making use of these young women for their own gain. They should be tracked and punished.

Why these policemen are against these poor girls. Instead they should catch big people who are indulged in big frauds and illegal activities. This is a very silly case to publicise.

Call girls, escorts, male prostitutes numbers are advertised daily. Mangalore police should track these guys instead of raiding private apartments. What they found is three men and a lady. So what, can the police prove this is a prostitution racket, common grow up guys catch the big fish first who are openly promoting prostitution in mangalore in the Internet.

'The police seized Rs 14,920 in cash, visiting cards, cell phones, a motorcycle, and a mixie from the accused'. - I couldn't control my laugh after reading this sentence!. Oh God! every house has these things and tomorrow DK police will say all houses that have men and women are indulging in prostitution because they were having cash, buckets, toilet paper, mixie, grinder, mobiles, wifi(for connecting clients!), bike and car to bring clients etc etc!. DK police have already spoiled their name and what is little left also is being washed away!

DK police love soft targets specially poor people plying their ancient trade. Why don't police have spine to arrest star hotels near jothi where trade plying from years. There is also ladies day every week where entry for ladies is free and the liquor served is at mans account then whatever happens "Hari OM" . They come in cars and are picked up in cars. Most of the working women and college girls in mangalore know this joint. The hotel belong to a politician .Does the police have a spine to even go there.
