If these Children lost their life let the parents and elders take the blame. Our Parents of early days taught us about danger and fear of Lakes and Rivers along with open wells. But today no fear of nothing. Those days there were not many vehicles on road except Horse buggies and Ox carts, but Parents and older Students took care of 5 year old by hand to school. But today LKG students cross the roads themselves with back pack. Even on rainy day they are there on middle of the road. I do not understand how Scary these Children are? Child walks on road while Mother walks on footpath reading Her I-Pad. She would not know even if the Child is kidnapped until reaching the School Gate. No one cares except when some tragedy happens and then Public shows up to show power of muscle. Sad future for next generation growing up.
