Guerrillas snatch rifle from hospital guard in Kashmir


Srinagar, May 26 (IANS): Separatist guerrillas Tuesday snatched an automatic rifle from a policeman deployed at a hospital in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district, police said.

"Militants today afternoon snatched an INSAS automatic rifle from a police guard at Pulwama hospital and escaped," a senior police officer told IANS here.

A manhunt has been launched to trace the militants, he added.
