Where are the good days, AAP questions Modi

New Delhi, May 27 (IANS): Around 100 supporters of the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) held a noisy protest here on Wednesday, questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government's claim of 'acche din' (good days).

Led by Dilip Pandey, leader of the party's Delhi unit, the protesters at Jantar Mantar raised slogans against the central government a day after it completed one year in power.

Pandey asked: "I do not see any so-called 'acche din'. What happened to the promises made by the Modi government for public welfare? Public wants an answer now."

The protesters also held banners with slogans that read: "Anti Middle Class, Anti Trader, Anti Farmer; Modi Sarkar".
